- Store Policies
1) We do our best to hand pick quality items, however you might not receive a perfect box. There may be shelf-wear, creases, or slight imperfections. There can also be minor issues with paint & flocking. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections. If you seek a perfect paint job and mint box, we recommend shopping at a brick and mortar store.
2) If pre-ordered items are purchased with in-stock items, your order will ship when all items you have ordered are in stock. Pre-order items are charged when purchased.
3) Any cancelled orders or parts of an order (pre-ordered or in-stock items) will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Sorry, once an order is placed and payment is made we cannot make changes to the order.
4) International Payments - In order to process and ship quickly we recommend payment by Pay Pal or a Pay Pal linked credit card shipping to a Pay Pal verified address. All other forms of payment must be verified by Gemini Collectibles and will result in shipping delay or possible cancellation of the purchase. International payments shipping to an address in the USA must be paid by Pay Pal and ship to a Pay Pal verified address. USA Payments shipping to an International address must be shipped to a Pay Pal verified address. All International echeck payments will be cancelled.
5) International buyers - Any import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in shipping cost.
Sorry we cannot declare "GIFT" or reduce the value on any Customs Documents.
6) International buyers shipping to a freight forwarder/receiver or a USA address to be forwarded to your location - Gemini Collectibles will not be responsible for damages incurred when items are repacked and forwarded to your location. We must be notified within 2 days after arrival to original shipping address.
7) International shipments cannot be shipped to a PO Box - they must ship to a street address.
8) Clearance items are sold as is and are not returnable. Boxes and or paints may not be perfect.
9) If your shipment arrives damaged or has other issues we must be notified within 2 days of package receipt - No exceptions.
10) Many items we sell are extremely limited editions and there is a possibility that an item could oversell on our web site. If this happens we will fill orders based on time of payment until orders are filled. When inventory runs out all unfilled orders will be fully refunded.
Return Policy: Item must be returned within 6 days of receipt, unopened. Refund for purchase price only. Shipping charges non-refundable. Returned items will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
Items returned because buyer did not claim package from shipper are subject to a 15% restock fee and any return shipping fees incurred. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
